  This stuff is amazing. Unlike a lot of miso this comes as a dried block rather than a paste. Also it contains tofu, spring onion and wakame. It really is instant as the block dissolves almost immediately. I've tried a lot of Miso and this one is my favourite. The vegan version is almost as nice but does not have quite as much body.
