    I used these for a few days of refeed after a 100 day water fast.
    Potassium and phosphorous are the main ingredients you need when coming off a water fast of longer than 2 weeks. This ensures you won't get refeed syndrome.

    In my case the refeed after 100 days of nothing but water was 7 days, there's no need to do anymore than that and start out slow with fruit and probiotics to repopulate gut bacteria. Then you can move on to small amounts of protein and leafy veg by day 3 to feed the gut bacteria and restart digestion. Then day 4 start with carbs like mashed/steamed veg, Day 5-7 you can increase portion sizes.

    The consequences of not following gradual reintroduction are cramps like food poisoning, but there's no risk to health and has nothing to do with refeed syndrome.

    Take these around 45 minutes before breaking the fast, and then follow the instructions for the 7 days (or less if you're doing a shorter fast). It's these which prevent refeed syndrome rather than the order of food reintroduction.
