This has been perfect (so far..) for my AW3821DW.
I recently purchased myself a 38inch Ultrawide screen and although the factory provided stand was excellent it was taking up too much room on my desk. I started looking for a good sturdy mount for it. I initially tried a cheaper amazonbasics wall mount designed for TV's. It might work for TV's but for my monitor it was terrible. It didnt feel very safe and was a nightmare trying to adjust the position of the screen. Not wanting to risk damage to a 4 figure screen I stopped using it the same day.
I bought this after seeing it recommended on the ultrawide reddit. It was a bit of a pain to set up on my own but this is mainly the fault of my choice of desk, an IKEA FREDDE, which didnt provide me much room to maneuver for installing and limited places to mount the base.
I've only had it set up 1 day so far but its near perfect. There is a good amount of adjustability with nothing feeling flimsy and there is ZERO sag on the mount. The USB Hub is also super convenient.
Highly reccomend this for larger or heavier screens
