It was loose in the cardboard box without any protection or packaging and thankfully only the lid was a little distorted. My main concern and complaint was the jagged piece of metal on the rim of the incinerator- approx 4” long and quite lethal, I was shocked that this was packed and posted to a customer! Hopefully my photos show the problem. Luckily we had the appropriate tools to turn the metal over to make it safe to use otherwise I would be returning it! The price is less than others I’ve seen and the quality of the metal appears to be same as others I’ve bought in the past, they don’t last long but they are useful to have so I’ll continue to buy them.
