  Only managed to take these for about 7 days (2 per day as directed). Made no improvement to my BPH symptoms, in fact, if pressed I would say it got worse. Not a very nice taste either, pretty unusual earthy flavour. Each time I took one I felt slightly sick. Although the gummies will give you recommended Zinc each day, the other ingredients seem to be in much smaller quantities than is recommended in the few studies that have been done.
