  This is a great food dehydrator (although, it is my first one, so not compared it to any other brand).
  I am really impressed as to the amount of surface area it provides for drying, there are six drying racks. It's quieter than my dishwasher, so a win in my opinion, and the digital display is very simple to navigate - selection of time and temperature. I love it!
