This mount is OK if you want to use it indoors and set it up once
Using it to do anything that requires stability and movement is a no no, The grip and retention from tightening the knobs is non existent and it has the grip strength of a dehydrated snail
Mount anything other than a gopro and it'll slowly droop under the weight like me after a night on the jack Daniels
The tightening knobs sheared off in my hand after foolishly attempting to get it to actually remain in the desired position.
and much like that dude in the titanic it slowly and gradually let go and I watched in horror my gopro slowly lowered itself into the icy waters leaving me tearfully observing from the safety of my floating table/kayak
Thankfully I bought tethers and the gopro was saved only to have recorded my true feelings toward this product in language I would feel more suited for a Tarantino film.
This mount is bad and people should feel bad for having been involved for allowing its production let alone its ability to be purchased by an unsuspecting public.
It's so bad I considered fly tipping it that's how bad it is
But good points is its cheap and lives up to that price point
