- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 June 2024I bought this mouse when my wrist started hurting. I wanted an ergonomic mouse and this seemed to provide what I wanted at a very affordable price. Bluetooth connectivity was important to me.
The mouse itself is comfortable to hold and use. So big tick on the ergonomic and comfort front. Can't say much on battery life but so far so good.
However....there is a big problem I found. Namely the bluetooth does not want to function on my Macbook. I put the mouse into bluetooth mode and click connect on the mac. It just creates another device and another and so on. Never working though.
No bother I thought. I'll use the USB dongle that's included. Well.....in theory that'd be good. Except for some reason when the computer gets a little busy (Not even 100% since my Macbook is M1 Max), moving the mouse, the cursor becomes very laggy. Totally frustrating. Grabbing the Apple Mouse, that moves silky smooth but ofc it doesn't have the ergonomic features of the JLab.
After trying to use it for over a month, I've finally given up and bought a Logitech. Sadly I can no longer return this.
