  These were for my husband who hides away in his man cave tinkering with manly construction type things involving the construction of the bases for model rail layouts.
  
  I, on the other hand, make patchwork quilts and recently ‘borrowed’ these to clamp my nearly completed, latest project to my craft room table in order to sandwich it and get it ready for the final stage.
  
  They worked perfectly well for both our needs. They’re robust, easy to use and don’t feel like they’re going to fall apart any time soon.
