  These fermentation jars are sturdy and have a good capacity for various fermentation projects. The airtight lids are a nice touch, though I’ve found that the airlock system can sometimes be tricky to set up properly. They’re great for making things like kimchi or sourdough starter, but cleaning them thoroughly can be a bit time-consuming. Overall, they’re a reliable option for fermenting, though not perfect.
