A very good introduction to cheese making, the box looks bigger than it actually is but has everything to get started. Would have been nice to have a round mould as well as the square one. Tried the ricotta and this tasted divine! just as i remembered it from sicily, i also aged a batch in the fridge and it was good on pasta. I have now done 3 flavours, black pepper, chilli flakes and pistachios. Also did the rich cheshire recipe and this was lovely. Will do the mozarella for my italian husband next..............
