  Perfect for dishing up the food from my air fryer. I also use it for turning the food over and even in the frying pan. They are heat resistant, so can cope with the hot food. Easy to lock and unlock. Liked the fact they meet the food safety regulations, so nothing harmful in the silicone. They are well made, so should last a long time.
