  For the price this is great. Looks like the console and does what it says on the tin. Comments from other buyers that it doesn't charge with the console OFF are accurate but what the heck do they expect? The charger is USB bus powered - if the console is off there is no power from it's USB ports.
  
  Charges when console is in rest mode fine.
