  I bought this drawer chest as I needed an extra piece of furniture for my clothes. The instructions are clear and it is not hard to find out how to assemble it. However, the fact that the wood is not varnished at all makes it hard to assemble as if you have soft hands as I do, you might end up with a couple of splinters stuck in your flesh. It is also clearly not well thought as it has been built on a way that requires you to add tons of screws and nails. You can see it is a poor design even for the price. It also doesn't feel like pine but more like balsa wood.
  
  In my case I also had an issue with one of the pieces, where the wood just got split in half as the screw went in through the pre-made hole. I would have returned it, but since the delivery also had issues (first it got lost, then it took longer than they promised to arrive) I didn't want to risk it as I was in a rush.
  
  About the quality of the wood I must add that some of the planks that have been used presented imperfections (which is natural) but some of them were clearly holes in the wood that were more or less covered with resin. A resin that just fell off as soon as I moved the plank.
  
  I would really not recommend it unles you're in a hurry and don't want to spend much money and don't mind spending an afternoon trying to assemble furniture.
