ÍøÆغÚÁÏ

Items sold by third-party sellers that are fulfilled by ÍøÆغÚÁÏ from outside the United Kingdom – Terms & Conditions

International products sold by third-party sellers and fulfilled by ÍøÆغÚÁÏ from outside the United Kingdom (UK) are available for purchase on ÍøÆغÚÁÏ.co.uk. These products are clearly identified on the product detail page as being imports. These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern the sale of products offered by third-party sellers on ÍøÆغÚÁÏ.co.uk, sourced from a country in the European Union (international products) and fulfilled by ÍøÆغÚÁÏ to you. The ÍøÆغÚÁÏ.co.uk website and related apps and services are provided by ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Europe Core SARL and/or its affiliates (ÍøÆغÚÁÏ UK), and your use is governed by the ÍøÆغÚÁÏ.co.uk Conditions of Use. ÍøÆغÚÁÏ UK helps facilitate transactions by third-party sellers but is not the seller of the international products. ÍøÆغÚÁÏ as used in these terms has the meaning set forth in the ÍøÆغÚÁÏ.co.uk Conditions of Use, and the terms we, our and us refer to ÍøÆغÚÁÏ.

International product variations and warranty

International products are marketed, distributed and sold in the applicable source country in the European Union but made available to you by third-party sellers through ÍøÆغÚÁÏ.co.uk. Consequently, some international products may not be designed to the same specifications as UK products and may differ from versions sold in the UK, including in their fit, default settings, age ratings and language. Certain products, such as software and DVDs, may have a region lock against use in your delivery destination. Manufacturer warranty may not apply in the UK, and manufacturer service options may not be available in the UK. To receive a manufacturer warranty service, you may be required to return your international product(s) to the authorised manufacturer representatives. You are responsible for reviewing the available product information to ensure that the international product you are purchasing meets your needs and expectations.

Responsibility for importation, import duties and taxes

When purchasing international products, you acknowledge that (1) the international products have not yet been imported into the UK at the time of purchase; and (2) the sale occurs outside the UK and that you are importing the products into the UK for your personal use (or to give to another individual as a gift for their personal use only) and not for resale or any commercial use, which will be reflected on customs documentation. ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Business customers may not receive import documentation for these products. You will be listed as the importer of record and act as the declarant for customs purposes. ÍøÆغÚÁÏ may be required to apply local VAT to your order. You are responsible for paying any taxes, customs duties and fees levied by UK customs authorities (import duties and taxes) that are triggered by your importation of international products into the UK. Where applicable, we will estimate an import fees deposit, which is an estimate of the import duties and taxes that will be levied on the items in your order and will be collected at the checkout.

If the actual import duties and tax are less than the import fees deposit, you will automatically be refunded the difference. You will receive a notification email confirming the amount of the refund. The refund will be processed when we receive courier invoices confirming the actual import duties and tax. If the actual import duties and taxes are more than the import fees deposit, you will not be charged any additional amount.

You authorise us to designate a courier (designated courier) to act as your direct or indirect representative/agent with respect to the international products and the relevant customs and tax authorities, to carry out the customs clearance for the merchandise, process and pay the applicable import duties and tax, and provide any other information pertaining to you or your order to any governmental authority in the UK or abroad, as may be requested. The import fees deposit will be used, on your behalf, to reimburse the designated couriers for the import duties and tax that they have paid on your behalf to the appropriate authorities. To obtain details regarding the actual import duties and tax, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the designated courier specified in your shipment confirmation.

Customs inspections and information

Imports are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities. We may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as product names or titles, to the international couriers or agents, and such information may be communicated by the couriers or agents to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package. Because of this, even if the order is a gift, the package is marked Gift, but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form.

Contract of sale with third-party seller

When you place an order to purchase international product(s) from a third-party seller on ÍøÆغÚÁÏ.co.uk, you will be sent a message confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the order confirmation). Your order information will also be available on the Your orders page of the website. The order confirmation is acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not confirm the third-party seller's acceptance of your offer to buy the international product(s) ordered. Your offer is accepted, and the contract of sale for an international product ordered by you is concluded, when we dispatch the product(s) to you and send an email confirming that we have dispatched the product to you (the dispatch confirmation). If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate dispatch confirmation for each package, and each dispatch confirmation and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between you and the third-party seller for the international product(s) specified in that dispatch confirmation. Your contract of sale is with the respective third-party seller of the product.

Please note that we only sell international products in quantities that correspond to personal use and may refuse orders for quantities that we determine are for commercial purposes. This applies both to the number of international products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same or similar international products.

Risk of loss

All purchases of international products are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for international products pass to you upon our delivery to the courier outside the UK.

Product information

While our policies require third-party sellers to ensure that product information for international products is correct, international products and any product packaging and materials may be different from that displayed on the website. All information about international products on the website is provided for information purposes only. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on the website. Please always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the international product before use.

In the event of any safety concerns or for any other information about an international product, please carefully read the information provided with the international product, contact the third-party seller or manufacturer, or report the concern to us.

Returns and refunds

Please see the returns and refunds help pages for more information, including our returns and refunds policies, which set out your statutory rights and our policies and processes.

Follow guidance via the Returns Centre to select the item you wish to return. You will see different return options depending on the seller, item, or reason for return. Currently, self-shipment may be the only available option for returns of items sold by third-party sellers and fulfilled by ÍøÆغÚÁÏ from the European Union. Please see self-ship guidance for international returns for details for returning by self-shipment.

Title to returned items does not transfer from you to the third-party seller who sold the international product until the item arrives at our fulfilment centre or such other location as we may specify. In certain situations, at our discretion, you may be issued a refund without being required to return the international product. In this situation, you retain title to the refunded item.
