Undeliverable Packages
If your package shows as undeliverable, we will take care of the return and refund where applicable.
Check if your package was undeliverable
- Go to Your Orders
- Select Track Package
- If the package shows as undeliverable, we will process a return and refund where applicable.
Re-sending and refunds
Generally, refunds for undeliverable shipments for items sold and fulfilled by ÍøÆغÚÁÏ, are issued within 5 business days. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us.
We can't re-send orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still want to purchase items that were undeliverable, place a new order on our website by selecting the item from Your Orders.
If your item was sold by a third-party seller, please contact the seller to understand your options. If you are not satisfied with the options available from the seller, you may be eligible for a refund through ÍøÆغÚÁÏ's A-to-Z guarantee.
Common reasons for undeliverable packages
- Your address could be incorrect or outdated. Visit Add and Manage Addresses.
- If a carrier can't deliver the package, they'll return it after multiple attempts.
- If a gift recipient isn't expecting a gift, they may refuse it, and we'll issue a refund.
- Transit damage: Visit Replace a Damaged, Defective or Broken Item.
- If you send the order to a prison, correctional facility or other similar institution, your order and/ or carrier may be subject to specific restrictions.
- Label became unreadable during transit.
- The shipping address can't be accessed due to wrong address, missing information, or delivery restrictions (ex: correctional facility) or driver safety concerns due to presence of a dog. Visit Your Addresses to update your shipping addresses and delivery preferences. Customise instructions to include access codes, presence of a dog and preferred days of delivery for future orders.
