You can locate your insurer's contact details and phone hours through your ÍøÆغÚÁÏ account by navigating to Your Insurance Policies and selecting your active policy.
Your insurer will be able to support you with the following types of queries:
- Updating the details of your insurance policy (for example, a change of address, contact preferences, and so on)
- Adding coverage add-ons (for example, adding bicycle cover to an existing home insurance policy)
- Changing your preferences around policy auto-renewal
- Cancelling an existing policy
- Changing your preferences related to marketing communications
- Opening a claim on your insurance policy
