Resend a Digital Gift Card

If you send a digital gift card that doesn't arrive, you can resend it to the recipient. If you want to adjust the recipient details, you can use resend to deliver the digital gift card to a different email or phone number.

If you sent the digital gift card to an email address, ask the recipient to ensure that their email provider isn't filtering the email into a "junk" or "spam" folder. If you sent the digital gift card via text message, ask the recipient to manage storage to allow for delivery.

To resend a digital gift card:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Select Order Details under the Order ID to open the Order Summary page.
  3. Select Resend for the gift card you want to resend.
  4. Review the information regarding the gift card, and follow the on-screen instructions. We may ask you to verify your payment information for security purposes.
When you resend the gift card, we'll generate a new gift card for your recipient and deactivate the original gift card. You will see a confirmation message after the action is complete. You can resend each gift card up to five times.
Note:
  • If you don't see a Resend link, the recipient has probably redeemed the gift card.
  • Scheduled digital gift cards are sent anytime between 12am and 6pm Pacific time on the scheduled date.
