Cancel Items and Orders
You can cancel physical items or orders that haven't shipped yet by visiting Your Orders.
To cancel items or orders:
- Go to Your Orders and click View or edit order to go to the Order Details page for the order you want to cancel.
- Select the check box next to each item you want to remove from the order. To cancel
the entire order, select all of the items.
Note: If the order is sold by a third-party seller, you can only cancel the entire order. Cancelling single items is not possible.
- Select the reason for cancellation and click Cancel selected items in this order when finished.
After submitting the cancellation, we'll send you a confirmation message within two business days.
You can also confirm that the order was cancelled by visiting Your Orders. If the order displays in the Cancelled Orders section, it was successfully cancelled.
What you can do if your order has already been shipped:
- If your order is already shipped directly from ÍøÆغÚÁÏ by the carrier ÍøÆغÚÁÏ, you can cancel the delivery and request a return to sender by visiting Your Orders, selecting Track My Parcel, then selecting Cancel the Delivery.
- If your order includes a multi-item set or bundle offer, canceling one item in the set or bundle will cancel all items in the offer that haven't already shipped. If at least one item from your set or bundle has been shipped, you can cancel any unshipped items 72 hours after placing the order.
- If your order shipped directly from ÍøÆغÚÁÏ and can't be modified, you may refuse the package or return it using our Online Return Center.
