"Tell us about a lower price" is a feature that lets you notify us about a lower price that you found elsewhere, for items sold on our website. We convey the feedback received through this feature to sellers.
You can tell us about a lower price in a few simple steps:
- Locate the Feedback section on the product detail page (if available). Select Would you like to tell us about a lower price?
- In the resulting pop-up, choose Website (Online) or Store (Offline) and select Submit feedback.
