Can't Cast Apps to Fire TV
Follow these tips if you can’t cast a supported app to your Fire TV.

Connect your mobile device and Fire TV to the same Wi-Fi network.
Note: To cast Prime Video content, sign in to the mobile app with the ÍøÆغÚÁÏ account that you use for your Fire TV.
- Restart your Fire TV and your mobile device.

Restart your modem and router:
- Unplug your modem and router and then wait 1 minute.
- Plug in your modem first and wait for the lights to turn on and for it to connect to the internet (about 1 minute).
- Plug in your router and wait for the lights to turn on and for it to connect to the internet (about 1 minute).

Clear the app's cache on both your Fire TV and mobile device.

Update the software on your Fire TV and your mobile device.
