These 30mm magnetic stir bars do the job great. They seem well enough made with the magnets sealed nicely inside the smooth plastic.

No complaints, and seem good enough value to me for the quality and quantity.

Magnetic stirrers (fleas), one of the simplest pieces of lab equipment and the one that is most likely to end up down the drain so we find we get through lots of these.
These are well made and work well with our hot plate/stirrer. They seem to make good contact with the field that the stirrer generates and they don't jump around a lot when stirring first begins, this would suggest that they have a good ferric core inside.
The coating is PTFE which gives them good chemical resistance to most laboratory chemicals and it is nicely moulded with a well bonded seal.

Verdict: Good piece of lab equipment at a great price.

I'm happy with these stir bars. They are a little thinner than the ones I currently use in the lab, so I wasn't sure how well they would work but they did just fine. They are not completely smooth, they do have a very slight bevel on both sides which is common for stir bars. Seem to be constructed with durable quality.

Nel tempo libero mi diletto tra le varie cose a prepararmi i prodotti chimici per la casa. Solo un hobby per tenere la mente in allenamento.

Queste ancorette mi hanno aiutato e non poco nelle mescole. Ho un miscelatore professionale ma dopo tanto utilizzo l’ancoretta di base era logora. Senza contare che avere più ancorette è comodo quando devi fare più prodotti, così da non doverla lavare e riusare in continuazione.

L’attrazione magnetica è ottimale così come lo scorrimento, ruota e rotola che è una meraviglia.

Ho avuto il piacere di provarle sia a caldo che a freddo e anche qui si sono comportate in modo eccelso fino a circa 150 gradi. Oltre non mi è servito andare quindi non so come si comportano.

Per essere delle ancorette a basso costo mi hanno stupido piacevolmente. Promesse a pieni voti.

Die Rührfische wurden pünktlich geliefert. Kaum zu Hause, wurden sie sofort für den Magnetrührer in der Küche genutzt, irgendwie muss man auch im Naturwissenschaftler-Haushalt den Tee umrühren.
Die Fische laufen sehr gut und ohne Unwucht. Sie sind erwartungsgemäß säurebeständig und leicht zu reinigen. Auch im Labor machen sie eine gute Figur und tun ihren Dienst.
Nichts zu meckern, alles wie es sein soll. Kaufen!

This is a super simple item. It's basically a cylindrical ceramic pill with a magnetic centre. And it spins in sympathy with the magnetic field in the actuall stirring device. If you need something that does that, you will like these magnetic stirrers.
