Artist bios
I am a 31 year old male. I have been married for seven years to my high school sweetheart Melissa. We have two beautiful children, Connor, five, and Ryan, 2 1/2. We live in New Fairfield, CT, one town up from where I grew up in Danbury. I have worked in the computer industry for the past six years and am currently a Senior Consultant at Keane, Inc., a computer consulting firm. I hold the title of Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and will also be completing my MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems in March of this year (1999). The past two years have found me immersed in the exciting world of e-commerce, a field I anticipate on staying in for a long time. To keep my sanity I love playing ice hockey (goalie) and the drums. My interest in music goes back to my high school Metal days of Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, AC/DC, and Queensryche. I needed to know everything about the musicians and the music they were playing and would often bore defenseless people with my seemingly useless information. During my senior year, a friend turned me on to Larry Carlton (the "Strikes Twice" album) and Joe Pass ("Catch Me"). I've been hooked ever since that fateful day on his sun porch and have now become his musical advisor. I split my interests between Jazz and Progressive music, seeing Fusion as being a common ground. The chance to contribute to AMG is a dream come true as I finally have an outlet and audience to share my thoughts and knowledge with others.
