Artist bios

Elevation Rhythm is a youth-oriented worship music ensemble affiliated with North Carolina's Elevation Church. The ensemble began as a student ministry worship band featuring a high-energy sound rooted in contemporary pop and gospel. Before long, the group was sharing the stage with sister collective Elevation Worship and supporting Lecrae on tour. Elevation Rhythm released a string of singles in 2019, including the CCM chart-topping hit "Never Walk Away." They landed another hit the following year with the standalone cut "Quiet" and issued their debut full-length effort, Growing Pains, in 2022. A seven-song EP, This Is the Gospel, appeared in 2023. ~ James Christopher Monger

Best known for his work as one-half of the upbeat Texas pop duo Surfaces, Forrest Frank combines positive vibes with a sonic mélange that touches on everything from electronic pop, soft rock, and R&B to reggae, calypso, and hip-hop. He released his first solo long-player, California Cowboy, in 2023. Following A Merry Lofi Christmas, Frank released his sophomore album, 2024's Child of God, featuring the singles like 2024's "Up" and "Always."

Surfaces gained momentum in 2017 with the LP Surf and broke big in 2020 with the international viral hit "Sunday Best." In addition to his work with Surfaces, Frank has maintained a successful solo career, issuing a string of singles like 2022's "Slow Down" and 2023's "Lift My Hands" that pair earworm melodies with messages of hope and affirmation. He released his first full-length effort, California Cowboy, in 2023 and teamed up with Christian rapper Hulvey on the massive CCM hits "No Longer Bound" and "Altar." That same year, Frank delivered the holiday-themed A Merry Lofi Christmas. In 2024, he returned with the singles "Up!," "Always," which paved the way for his sophomore studio album Child of God. Featured on the album were guest spots by Hulvey, CAIN, Tori Kelly, JVKE, and others. ~ James Christopher Monger
