DJ Zerb is a house DJ/remixer from São Paolo, Brazil who quickly rose to prominence with a series of high-energy DJ sets he played throughout his homeland. He bolstered his reputation with addictive tropical house originals that put him in the same league as some of the most recognizable dance acts of the era.

Matheus Zerbini Massa was a trained multi-instrumentalist who immersed himself in electronic music as a teenager. Initially influenced by progressive house acts like Skrillex and Deadmau5, Zerb's big break came when he linked up with fellow countryman and remixer Vintage Culture for a remix of ZHU's “Faded.” The success of that collaboration led to bigger DJ gigs, including sets at Brazil’s Lollapalooza in 2016 and Rock in Rio in 2017.

After an impressive balancing act honing his craft and earning a marketing degree from the University of São Paolo in 2019, Zerb focused primarily on making his own original music. In 2023, he scored a major hit in Europe with “Mwaki,” an impressive track built around the vocals of Kenyan singer Sofiya Nzau. His tracks were remixed by the likes of Tiësto, Major Lazer, Duke Dumont, and others. ~ Mike Duquette
