Alternately North Carolina- and Maryland-based underground rap artist Regg Hatcher is known as R-Jay, aka Eldorodo Regg, catalyst and member of the group Music Means Everything. In addition to releasing two albums with M.M.E., Hatcher has recorded independently as a solo artist. In 2017, he released the solo full-length Believe. Featuring the singles "Champ on the Floor" and "Like a Superstar," the album promptly registered on Billboard's Heatseekers chart for the South Atlantic region. ~ Andy Kellman
