Born Cristopher Andrés Álvarez García in 2001 in La Serena, Chile, Cris MJ is an urbano singer and songwriter. He began posting his own material in social media around 2019 and gradually managed to make a name for himself in the Chilean scene, aided by collaborations with other local artists such as Marcianeke and Pailita. Cris had his big breakthrough in 2022 with "Una Noche en Medellín," a hit in Chile and several other Latin American countries; this led to collaborations with established international artists such as Tiago PZK, Luar La L, Blessd, and Karol G. In scarcely more than four years, he was extremely prolific: he released or was featured on almost 100 singles, some of which would eventually resurface on his debut album Welcome to My World (2022) and its follow-up Partyson (2023). FloyyMenor is a Chilean vocalist and rapper whose unique vocal tone and ear for hooky choruses ensure his place at the forefront of the expansive urbano music scene. He catapulted onto the global stage with the smash 2024 hit "Gata Only," a hedonistic anthem that racked up over a billion streams online in its first six months of release. He continued his success with singles like "Apaga el Cel" and "Bayamón."

Naming himself after boxing icon Floyd Mayweather, Jr., vocalist FloyyMenor (Alan Felipe Galleguillos) grew up in Vicuña, Chile, where he began producing music at the age of just 15. Moving between cumbia and reggaeton sonics, he built his profile throughout 2023 with an expansive run of singles, delivering anthems like "Por Ti Jalo Gatillo" and "Pa la Europa" with his unique, rough-edged vocals. Teaming up with local star Cris MJ -- who had recently leapt to prominence with "Una Noche en Medellín" -- the singer exploded into the mainstream in early 2024 with year-defining hit "Gata Only." The duo's flowing, sexually charged anthem was a success beyond imagination: surpassing a billion streams online by June that year, the unexpected smash hit landed at number one on the charts in six countries, including the pair's home country of Chile.

Floyy continued the momentum from "Gata Only" with follow-up singles "Me Gusta," "A Poka Luz," and "Apaga el Cel" before teaming up with Ozuna and Anitta for the "Gata Only (Remix)."
