An ambient electronic pop artist, Sebastian Paul makes hypnotic anthems that straddle the line between synthy pop, EDM, and groove-based hip-hop. He initially gained attention issuing tracks online before signing to Mad Decent and releasing the 2018 EP Trojan Horse.

Raised in a military family, Paul eventually settled in Colorado. After issuing songs online, Mad Decent signed him and released his 2018 debut EP, Trojan Horse, which showcased his mix of experimental electronic production and pop hooks. Tours followed, including stints opening for Hippie Sabotage. A sophomore EP, Boy oh Boy, arrived in 2019 and included the track "On Some High." ~ Matt Collar
