  This excellent book considers from every conceivable angle the impact of Christianity on our public life. There are chapters on philosophy, law, government, economics and human rights, explaining them from the Christian perspective. The author explains why Christianity is good for public life and the nation as a whole. The absurdities of political correctness, some human rights decisions and same-sex marriage have only become possible because people have turned away from our national religion. The moral code of Christianity is one of the best which the human race has ever adopted, and this book explains why it should become influential in our laws and structures again, instead of just being relegated to the private sphere. Congratulations to John Scriven for producing this work.
