  Used Stovax glue to attach a new rope to the doors of my Villager woodburner. It was easy to use, clear instructions, and is working fine. I hesitate to give it more than four stars for adhesion only because i only used it a few weeks ago. Time alone will tell if it is worth the full five stars.
  Very important to clean the surface thoroughly first for best results. Also warm the glue in the bottle before shaking it to ensure it mixes well, as the thin gunge that separates out during storage will not stick anything well.
