The media could not be loaded.

I honestly thought I'd try it, realise it was rubbish or not worth the money and return it. Surprisingly I found it works really well. My old LED light used to cause really harsh looking light on my face when I used my webcam. The Godox ES30 seems to give a softer more diffused look even though I'm only at 2% power! Goodness only knows who would need 100% power!

My only criticism is the lack of cable management. And hopefully for a future release they will add support for a Sony NPF battery since I only use it occasionally. So for me I'd rather have a battery than cable dangling all the time.

But since I knew it didn't support battery power when I bought it, I can hardly moan about it.

Hope that helps someone else who might be like I was, thinking "Meh...this will be rubbish"

this is a desktop light kit model es30 from the brand godox, which specialized in lighting and audio equipment; this light features a 21x21cm flat led panel, a 3 sections monopod stand (40cm to 100cm), also a flexible ball head that the angle of the light panel could be adjusted quick and easily

this light kit came in a really nice and secure packaging, parts are intuitive and easy to assemble, it’s powered by an external 14v power adapter, so it keeps the light panel flat and lightweight, all parts are made of quality material, well built and look professional

at the back of the panel, there are 2 function knobs (colour temperature, brightness) and one led display (current colour temperature in k and brightness percentage), the range of colour temperature can be adjusted from 2800k to 6500k, very precise brightness could be adjusted from 0% to 100% increment by 1% with the knob

this light is supported by an app called godox light, connect with bluetooth, with the app it could set the colour temperature and brightness remotely, it’s very convenient that i don’t need to reach the back of light panel to control the light, if there is more than one godox light device, they could work together for different scenarios preset

the light is really bright (max 35w), non-flicking, and colour temperature is accurate, it’s not only good for life video streaming, but also good for light photography

all in all, i’m very satisfied with this product, would highly recommend

This desk light is absolutely amazing for using while on video calls and for the kids to use so they can film themselves dancing.
It is a nice slim line, quiet running light which is great for when my son needs quiet to do his video calls.
It has a sturdy base and decent length stand,which can be raised and shortened to your desired height and the light itself can be swivelled and tilted to suit all our needs.
The colourways are quite extensive and can be controlled via the 2 knobs on the reverse of the light,the brightness can go up or down in increments of as little as 1% at a time,it also comes with a digital screen to let you know how bright and the colour temperature,again on the reverse with the knobs.
The light can also be controlled by my phone with an app called Godox light,it makes altering all the temperature/brightness so much easier.
the cost of this light at the time of writing this review is £119, which may seem expensive but i would recommend it as it is the best we have had and it suits all of us.

I ordered this for my daughter to use whilst making videos and taking pictures, the lights can be adjusted on the back of the panel, but you can also download an app to your phone to adjust this which makes it much easier.

The stand can be adjusted so it could be used on the floor or a desk whichever is best for you.

So far me and my daughter are very happy with this and it has made a great difference to her photos.

Kleiner Hinweis: Kit2 und die Produktfotos (bis auf eines) suggerieren man bekomme zwei Leuchten. Dem ist jedoch nicht so. Schon gar nicht für den Preis und den Funktionsumfang.

Ich verwende bereits zwei sehr gute COB Videoleuchten für mein Setup. Das Setup von Sohneman zieht nun von meinem Gaming Zimmer in seines um und daher brauchte er nun auch neue Leuchten. Da kam mir dies Angebot hier gerade recht. Also fix bestellt und über eine genauso fixe Lieferung gefreut.

Das Videolicht war gut verpackt und ist schnell aufgebaut. Der Tischständer wäre völlig ausreichend, jedoch habe ich noch Stative und Auslegarme über, welche ich meinem Sohn überlassen habe. Von der Qualität her gleichwertig aber eben einheitlich.

Das Licht ist angenehm hell und kann in der Farbtemperatur und Helligkeit eingestellt werden. Zwar hat man hier leider keine integration in Elgatos Stream Deck oder Razer Synaps aber dafür gibt es eine App. Nichts besonders aber man kann die Einstellungen bequem VOR der Kamera erledigen und muss nicht aufstehen und aus dem Bild gehen, wenn man merkt "zu dunkel" "zu warm" ,...

Mein Sohn ist damit zufrieden also 5Sterne.

Il suo stand è robusto, ben costruito, allungabile in altezza, con una bella base pesante che lo rende stabile e al tempo stesso non ingombra, a differenza di altri stativi.
Il supporto è formato da una base ed un’asta composta da tre parti allungabili: l’operazione di allungamento o abbassamento è molto rapida, basta ruotare le chiusure, operazione più comoda rispetto alle classiche chiusure con linguetta.
L’intensità di luce è davvero buona e regolabile.
Anche la tonalità di luce è regolabile e si passa da una tonalità calda ad una fredda, passando per tutte le tonalità intermedie grazie al relativo potenziometro presente nel lato posteriore del pannello.
Il pannello di per se è leggero e costruito in plastica, sul retro è presente anche un display che visualizza i parametri impostati, ossia l’intensità e la temperatura colore espressa in gradi kelvin.. il pannello ha alla base una filettatura che lo rende compatibile anche con altri stativi come un comune cavalletto da macchina fotografica.
L’unica cosa che manca e che mi sarebbe piaciuta vedere é la possibilità di poter alimentare il pannello non solo con il suo alimentatore di serie che ha un attacco proprietario, ma anche con una normale presa usb type-c.

I predominately teach online, but in the past, I've worked as a lighting designer in theaters and museums. This light is quality and FANTASTIC, with one exception. It does not dim LOW enough for daily ZOOM and streaming use. I had to put a white diffuser over it at 1% to dim it a bit. I have a low light camera and keep lights dim to protect my eyesight since I'm in front of the lights several hours a day. Other than that it's fine.

For all other uses hobby or pro, I'd give it 5 stars.
