This is a good ice light, I bought it to photograph portraits, it’s perfect and the battery is very good , around 2.30h but unfortunately I don’t know why I can’t manage how to use the remote control , it doesn’t work like it should, or maybe I’m doing something wrong, but anyway it must to be easy to manage with it because the groom and bride can’t wait too much till you will find how to manage with light and other things, in the wedding day they have a lot of things to do and they pay you for your professionalism. I thing that they need to do some changes to make a easier work for an photographer.

Nach dem ersten Shoot mit dem Godox LC500R kann ich sagen: Das Gerät macht Spaß.
Zunächst kam es mir recht schwer vor, aber im Vergleich zu meiner Videoleuchte mit vier Sony Akkus ist das natürlich ein Leichtgewicht.
Das LC500R hat zwei LED Modi. das Hauptlicht und das RGB Licht. Mit dem im kompletten Farbraum einstellbaren RGB Licht kann man wirklich Farbe ins Bild bringen. Es eignet sich z.B. super um ein schön Buntes Schlaglicht zu setzen. Die andere Seite hat wesentlich mehr Power, lässt sich aber farblich nur im warm- kalt Bereich bewegen. Damit lässt dich ein Model im dunkeln schon gut ausleuchten. ich würde mir noch einen Diffusor dafür wünschen und werde mir da etwas einfallen lassen.
Alles in Allem hat der Test-Shoot mit dem LC500R gut funktioniert und Spaß gemacht, gerade weil er sogar noch am Camerarucksack zu transportieren ist.
Daumen hoch von mir. :)

Die Lampe überzeugt. Sie hat auf beiden Seiten Beleuchtung, so dass die eine Seite für einstellbare Kelvinwerte und Beleuchtungsstärke dient und die andere Seite für Lichteffekte, wie z.B. laufender Farbwechsel.
Sehr gut und mit einer langen Laufzeit ist auch der integrierte Akku, so dass die Lampe auch mobil eingesetzt werden kann.
Gut ist auch, dass an beiden Lampenenden ein Gewinde zum aufschrauben auf ein Stativ vorhanden ist.

Die Lampe ist sehr gut aber nicht perfekt.

Verbesserungsbedarf:
1) durch die Schraubanschlüsse, wird die Lampe auf einem Stativ nur recht wackelig fixiert. Hier sollte eine metallene Unterlegscheibe oder eine Sicherungsschraube an der Lampe vorhanden sein.
2) Die "Scheunentore" sind recht kurz. Sie sollten etwas länger sein, um das Licht wirklich gut lenken zu können und auch auf beide Seiten der Lampe schwenkbar sein. Sie sind nämlich nur auf einer Seite schwenkbar und nutzbar.
3) Die Leuchtstärke sollte höher sein, da man doch recht nahe an das zu fotografierende Objekt herangehen muss, um genügend Licht zu erhalten.
