This isn't foldable. Not even close. Both sides lock into each other and are difficult to seperate. This alone makes the "foldable" push up board rather dissapointing. The resistance bands don't fit securely either. The only more positive thing for me is that the handles hold a bit more securely but this is both good when storing but bad when wanted to switch to a different position. Overall i'm not sure what to make of it really.
