Good for push ups to get a good pec stretch, useful for pull ups if ceiling too low for head clearance on your racks pull up bar. Also good for a simple DIY preacher curl set up (remove handle sleeves and attach spring collars to stop plank sliding) see pic. Needed something to do proper dips with but was reluctant to spend in excess of £50 for actual dip bars, which given the outlay and space taken up seems a bit overkill just for one movement.

Decided to take a punt on these based on the reviews. They fit my rack perfectly and at 6 foot the gap between them is pretty much ideal for me. Very sturdy once on the rack, my only gripe is the cheap plastic handles which are a little bit uncomfortable. That’s what you’d expect from a £22 set of attachments I suppose and they still do the job very well, although I’ve only had these a couple of days and it remains to be seen if they last a long time. But even so, they do the job nicely and it’s not a great risk at that price point.
