In all fairness, taking into account the price paid I should probably 5 star this. Obviously you can buy better but not without paying quite a bit more. I'd say value for money was 5 stars. It was for my 15 year old son who is rather enthusiastic with his weight training. He put it together himself (alone) and I safety checked - he did it well and but for the fitting of one tie which seemed impossible to do the way the diagram showed, while it took a while, assembly was not too bad for something of this complexity. It's surprisingly solid - obviously important - and it does what it says on the tin when it comes to using it!

Used for a few months now

- staple piece of equipment for training at home, ton of different excersizes you can do.

- Had one issue with the 2 inch plate adapters, where the adapter was damaged and it was a struggle to slide on plates (the diameter was more than 2inches). Reached out to customer service and they offered partial refund or a replacement (fair), I asked for a replacement and unfortunately those also had the same issue. Couldn't be bothered to deal with it any further, as I just wanted to be able to use the machine, so I purchased separate adapters elsewhere that work perfectly. Won't mark down for this as I'm sure if I reached back out they would have refunded or sent out another pair. The response times were very quick and they were professional.

what you should do:
- shorten chains to increase ROM
- lubricate cables with silicone lubricant for longevity
- I think the diameter on the pulldown bars included is 1inch, so not ideal if you want to passively increase your grip strength. Either buy a separate pulldown bar or a pair of fat grips that you can just put over the bar.

I would never have guessed that this machine would be as sturdy as described, but after constant every day use over the past several months, it's holding up really well. Very nice easy smooth pull over the rollers. I enjoy my workouts on this very versatile machine. Only one complaint: The seat is way too short which makes it uncomfortable to use for lat pull downs. If this were just a little longer, I would rate this machine at 5 stars. Pity.

Overall, I think this is good for the price. Only lost stars because it had quite a few scratches on a couple of the parts, one of which was deep, and had a deep indent in the leg-holder cushion. Also, for some pulling movements (e.g. face pulls) you have to sort of ensure the machine remains in place somehow otherwise it will slide, but this is probably true of all makes. Finally, the motion (moving wires) could be smoother. But it works well and has three different points from which to pull. If I could have made it 3.5 stars I would have, so maybe a little unfair to round down.

I was gonna screw it to the floor, but haven’t found that necessary yet. As others have said just shorten chain, and you will get full range of motion on lat pull downs, also great for seated rows, tricep pull downs, standing curls. I can’t find any fault with this. I wish I’d bought it sooner, as it’s difficult to train the back without something like this. I’m 5’11”, but it would also suit taller people just as good. 5*

As others have said just shorten chain, and you will get full range of motion on lat pull downs, also great for seated rows, tricep pull downs, standing curls. I can’t find any fault with this. The only thing was a bit of the machine that holds one of the wheels was a bit bent from shipping but was easily fixed with a pair of pliers it can apparently hold more than most as you can put 65kg on each side most only allow 45kg on each side i mostly use this for lat pulldowns, face pulls and rows im sure that you can do plenty of exercises with this even a few lower chest exercises that you would otherwise not be able to do

overall I have given this 5 as its great price for a home gym. not sure why I was given an Allen key. make sure you have a 17mm socket set and instructions are fairly easy to follow, although I did put one attachment on the wrong way and had to dismanatle a few bits to make it right. would look at purchasing other machines that they may bring out in the future
