Ginkgo has been repeatedly evaluated for its ability to reduce anxiety, stress and other symptoms associated with cognitive decline and associated ageing.

Can this product help with anxiety?

In one study, 170 people with anxiety were treated with either 240 mg or 480 mg of ginkgo or a placebo. The group treated with the highest dose of ginkgo reported a 45% greater reduction in symptoms of anxiety, compared to the placebo group.

Is Ginkgo Biloba used in Chinese medicine?

Ginkgo Biloba, or Maidenhair, is a tree native to China, grown for thousands of years for a variety of uses. While its leaves and seeds are often used in traditional Chinese medicine, modern research focuses on ginkgo extract from the leaves.
