Is Your K2 Stable?

Vitamin K2 works with D3 to ensure that calcium is absorbed easily and reaches the bone mass.

Vitamin K2 MK‑7 is particularly susceptible to degradation. Kappa Bioscience have developed protected, micro encapsulated K2VITAL DELTA, which provides extra tolerance and will deliver product stability.

Why Blend with MCT Powder?

In order for the body to effectively absorb Vitamin D in supplement form, it needs to be taken with a source of fat, like coconut oil.

We have therefore blended our Vitamin D3 and K2 with coconut Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT), a good saturated fat, to aid the absorption process.

Undo the plastic seal around the lid. Open the lid and remove seal covering the bottle opening.
Optimal dosage

Take 1 capsule daily, anytime of day, with or without food. Taking it with food may help absorption.

How is Vitamin D3 different from just Vitamin D?

Vitamin D3 is the form of Vitamin D which occurs naturally in the body and it helps to rectify deficiencies.

Does your Vitamin D3 come from lanolin?

Yes. Vitamin D3 Cholecalciferol 0.25% D3 Oil (40 million iu/g) is from lanolin which is sourced from wool sheared from live sheep.

Why is the Vitamin D3 combined with Vitamin K2?

Vitamin D3 alone, without vitamin K2, will not ensure the proper function of calcium. K2 works with D3 to ensure that calcium is allocated to the right parts of the body i.e. the bone mass, and not deposited in the arteries.

What is K2VITAL?

K2VITAL is a high quality, highly stable, lab tested form of Vitamin K2, which doesn't degrade over time.

Why does the supplement contain MCT powder?

This is because MCT is a healthy fat from coconut oil, which helps absorption.

It's very tricky sometimes to know which supplements to buy and how to sift through the candidates. Not only are there a dizzying plethora of companies, prices, dosages, etc, but the quality, ingredients and formulation can vary wildly. Love Life Supplements are one of the companies I have learned to trust, and I am delighted with this product.

I am happy that the importance of Vitamin D has come to general prominence this year, not as simply the 'rickets' vitamin, but as a vital element of a healthy immune system and so much more. For years we've been scared off from receiving sunlight, to the point that serious deficiencies are now widespread. The subsequent health issues are severely underestimated. More cancers are likely rooted in lack of sunshine than caused by it. Even worse is that this isn't even common knowledge. That was bad enough before 2020 and that other C word appeared. One upshot of the pandemic is that finally the message is getting out that Vitamin D is essential and provides a significant bolster against deadly health crises.

As most people in the UK are already Vitamin D deficient, a decent dose is required. This product packs a better punch than a lot of off the shelf brands, but still within the limits of what would tip into a dangerously high level. Better yet, it combines with Vitamin K2 which is something many people have not even heard of. They'll certainly not be aware of its importance in calcium distribution. It's the attention given to vitamins and minerals working together as a team that marks Love Life Supplements as a brand that you can trust. It's even teamed up with a shot of MCT for good measure.

This is a power packed combination from people who know what they're doing.

Every 3 months I get my blood tested for various things including vitamin D. The first test showed a deficiency in August 2021. That was with no supplementation in summer, so clearly going into winter I needed to supplement.

The next test, in November 2021, was with Vitamin D supplements from Lidl. I wanted to test if cheap supplements actually work before spending more as my supplement stack was starting to become a decent monthly expense.

There was no increase in my Vitamin D levels from Lidl supplements (this may have been balanced by less sunlight in winte, but negligible).

I'd been buying lls supplements for a while and know the magnesium works (you can feel it), but they are more expensive so I needed to validate they work.

I was tested again in February 2022 and my Vitamin D levels increased from 50 nmol/l to 71 nmol/l, around 40%. That was with no change to my daily exposure to sunlight.

If you're going to swallow a white powder everyday for the test of your life, it's worth getting one that you know works.

Another great product from LLS. Regularly take Vitamin D during the Autumn and Winter months. Switched from taking D3 alone to this product with K2 which works in tandem with D3 to ensure the calcium in absorbed and directed to bones.
Capsules are very easy to take and completely tasteless. Not the cheapest product although you get what you pay for and LLS always deliver on quality.
