This concertina style fence piece arrived quickly and was nicely boxed. The fence itself was really poor quality so I've no idea just how long this will last (outside). It is very flimsy and the wood is thin.. But... It is cheap n cheerful and it did stop the grandchildren from getting into the gravel and trying to eat it!

So disappointingly there is some fixing together, to put the feet onto the fence. Screws are provided, but having had long covid I do not have the strength to screw them in and so had to purchase wood glue. This is not a sturdy fence and I doubt it will last too long if left out in the rain. I bought 2 to stop my dog running out the driveway, they just about stretch across the width of a narrow (one car width) driveway. It does work, so I am not displeased, but I don't think they will be with me for long - they really are a bit flimsy. A few more nails in the criss cross would have made all the difference.

I wanted a wide gate enough to give my neighbour a hint not to knock on my door. It is very light so I will just put it up on non windy days and nights. I think I will use it as a patio barrier in non windy days. I haven't worked out what mph wind will knock it down yet. Heavier ones cost too much so I am just needing temporarily.
