Bought this arch for my Daughters birthday what a disappointment this was when she came to put it up, the wood was splitting the staples whichthat held the trellis together was rubbish had to by stronger staples so we don’t know how long this will last. Really really disappointed as for sending it back impossible when it finally got put together box no good in fact the box is the strongest thing about this, I have never in all the years I have been buying from ��غ�� have I complained could you pass this complaint on to the makers.

The delivery was excellent....however the product was badly made, some of the struts were split, gouges out of the wood in the visible shaped top, machined holes did not line up. Instructions minimal, unless you have some experience of actually making things yourself assembly would be difficult from the instuctions provided.
