Great practice devices, not to play on big stage

Note: JW-07 supports hopping frequency to switch channels. Please be patient and try to switch channels to find stable frequency band.

Because a few buyers have problem about noise and signal interruption, which is from the environment of wireless interference, such as wifi. So, suggest to switch.

Which groups is JW-07 suitable for?

Wireless in ear monitor system is suitable for new guitar players and mainly used to practice in little interference situation. It is not supported on large stages.

Why does the wireless listening device contain 12 signal channels divided into 4 groups?

In order to reduce interference from WIFI, phones and other devices, so we set up a number of signal channels to support frequency hopping / frequency switching, in order to prevent the signal channel is occupied resulting in interruptions.

Does JW-07 support one-to-many?

Currently, JW-07 wireless in ear monitor system only supports 1 to 1. It does not support multiple devices to be connected at the same time. (This feature is under research)

What should the buyer do if the product has quality problems or can't be used?

This is a very nice little set which works well. It should be noted however the actual earpieces are not supplied and should be bought separately - which could easily be more than the cost of this device. This simply provides a wireless solution to send the audio from your amp to the device you can keep about your person, with a 3.5mm socket to connect a wired jack plug into.

It seems great quality and the sound is fine. Whilst it may not be up to performance on stage standards, for practicing it’s great and just the job. For any amateur musicians it also gets you used to using in ear monitors, so great for building all aspects of musicianship. A good package.

I got this IEM system as a taster for our group to overcome their resistance to moving to an IEM system. I haven't had an opportunity to try it with the group yet, but I have tested it on my TV. The sound quality was good and I had none of the hiss/hum that others have reported. Whilst the product blurb states that this is not suitable for stage use, in my case it should work well in rehearsals and as a demo for a fully functioning IEM system.
The device provides only a mono signal, but for the price one can't expect stereo. It should provide up to 8 hours battery life and both transmitter and receiver can be charged together using the cable provided. A USB power source is required as this is not provided.

The JOYO Wireless in Ear Monitor System is a very cost effective way of getting something similar.
It's not a professional piece of kit at this remarkable price, but it will get you started on a Wireless in Ear Monitor System.
All you need are the things at each end of the JOYO system.
Headphones/earphone that PLUG IN in to the receiver
A suitable audio output to plug the transmitter into using a standard quarter inch jack plug.
If this is beginning to sound complicated then either get help or maybe this nisn't for you.
Both units need charging with the dual cable supplied.
The supplied charging cable charges both JOYO devices at one ~ what a good idea !!
When I set it up with my kit it worked great and the transmitter had good range.
My earphones (mini jack) didn't isolated the outside sounds very well, not a JOYO fault in any way.
The JOYO Wireless in Ear Monitor System is useful but not for people who know nothing about basic audio systems. The wiring, charging and general setting up makes it a little complex, but most band guys & gals will find their way around the system.
As I only have the one system I cannot comment on how it works if four people use them onstage at the same time. The instructions do say that channels can be changed for multiple users, so JOYO have probably got that covered.

Cannot shake off the interference

I personally use an existing Lekato wireless bass guitar transmitter which has a fixed factory channel set. Hence it's important to avoid the unnecessary channel conflict, to buy a multi channel (4) unit for my in ear wireless system. With high expectation, this appears to fit the bill, though not cheap for the price. I was hoping that I may get away with the channel interference. However, despite swapping the channels, I still suffer from the interference. I have even moved to different rooms but to no avail. It's annoying and feel that I cannot even use this in my personal space, let alone in a band! Decided to return sadly.

I bought the Joyo JW-07 for use in band practice and at gigs. I have a Joyo JW-03 for my bass guitar and I am happy with it and it works well. When I tried to use both wireless systems at a gig two days ago the JW-07 interfered with the JW-03 causing it to be intermittent.
Can I use both systems at the same time? and what would be a good earpiece to use with the JW-07?

Got this so I could easily get direct feedback on what I'm playing in practice sessions, I know this is not an expensive setup and as such you get what you pay for so as they state for practice sessions it's ideal. I haven't noticed the interference that was suggested but that's not to say it's not there if you have a lot of equipment buzzing through different power sources.

The battery life didn't give me the full 8 hours (I did split up the sessions but I only managed around 6-7 hours). As others have said this may be related to channel hopping and the ability to transmit and receive on a consistent manner.

At this price point and the performance that you get from it and what it is advertised at, it's really good value and would make an excellent gift.

This wireless in-ear monitor is great for practice sessions, and is trivially simple to use. Plug the transmitter into the 1/4” socket on your instrument, clip the receiver to your belt / strap, plug your headphones / buds (not included) into the received and play. All without annoying the neighbours.

The system supports frequency hopping to avoid interference with other wireless devices. In use the sound quality is great. There’s a tiny amount of latency but is almost unnoticeable, especially in practice sessions. A full battery charge is claimed to be good for 8 hours and nothing in my tests contradicted this. The build quality, like other Joyo products I’ve tried, is very good and the device seems robust.

A really useful bit of kit for those perfecting their music skills, who don’t want to annoy their neighbours.

They honestly work a lot better than I expected. Latency isn’t really much of an issue, however I had the transmitter plugged into my audio interface and I would get a high pitch interference that would go away when I wrapped my hand around the transmitter. Moving it to a headphone amp with a longer cable seemed to help the issue, the ring is still there but less noticeable. I also use the joyo wireless guitar system and I think it may cause the in ear system to cut out because of signal interference, I need to test more. Mainly I just needed these so I can listen to a click on stage while I have a backtrack going out the mains so for 30 bucks I can’t complain too much. I’ll still upgrade units, but I look forward to seeing what future gens of these will be able to do.
