After suffering from chronic constipation for years, I finally sought a more permanent and easy-to-take solution than the occasional fibre drinks I was using. I chose this brand of supplements because it contained 2 different kinds of soluble fibre, along with probiotics-- so I figured /something/ in it would be effective. Lo and behold, it was!! I noticed a genuine difference after 3 days, and since then I have been almost completely regular, so long as I remember to take them. No side effects, bloating, or discomfort, just smooth sailing. I've even noticed a marked improvement in my acid reflux, which I take prescription medication for. I don't want to say it's a miracle worker, but it's been a godsend for me!
Unlike some other reviewers, I had no problems with the packaging or any broken capsules. The pills are definitely the largest of any I have taken by a small margin, but they were easy to get used to. All in all if you suffer from any digestive problem, I would highly recommend giving these a go! They're cheap and packed with natural, good supplements to help keep things moving normally.
