Very stable in the way its made, the material feels very high quality and had no problems building, was a very quick 5 mins to build, as opposed to the bench I had bought separate!

Delivery was exceptional, I orded this on the 10th of December, estimated arrival was the 17th to the 18th and it arrived on the 13th so shipment was great as well.

Price may seem a lil steep at first but the value is beyond there for the luxury feeling the metal has whilst some company's have a very weak finish on the metal giving it a very cheap feel. I know the feeling of the rack doesn't overall affect your lifts but it definitely makes u feel proud lifting on it!

Btw I haven't been paid to say any of this, I'm just very shocked at the quality of the bench.

For someone not looking to lift super heavy weights these work just fine and are compact and easy to store. I found them easy to assemble (as long as you have a socket set) and they are solid and stable. I've not had more than 80kgs on them yet so I can't comment on how they would cope with heavy weight on the bar. Overall for the price I think they are a great addition to a home gym and the delivery etc was all good.

They are pretty good.
Pros:
Easy to move out the way when you have limited space.
Light enough for my pregnant wife to move and use.
Works for squat,rows and bench press
Works with Olympic bars

Cons:

Difficult to line up straight.
Little wary of dropping the weight on the rack because of some movement.
The squat holders and the bench holder share the same holes so it can take longer and be a pain to transition quickly.
The "Spotters" are too low to use for benching. I only use them to hold the bars for bent over rows and upright rows.
