A lot of steps I had seen were way too expensive but this is so reasonable and such a sturdy material, I have already used it for several workouts and it is still durable with no damage or immediate wear. Great idea to have the rise attachments stored underneath, the only slight flaw is that sometimes on occasion, the risers don't fix properly when stored and sometimes fall out. But this isn't a huge issue in the grand scheme of things, the main thing is that it is the perfect size, height and material for doing step workouts. Highly recommend.

Trotz der breiteren Auftrittfläche von 31 cm muss man hier auch mit "kleinen" Füßen schon aufpassen, dass man mit dem ganzen Fuß auf dem Brett steht - ein schmäleres Brett würde ich daher gar nicht empfehlen!
