I had high hopes for this product based on the reviews I chose this model instead of the more expensive one. It arrived on time and well packaged. Unfortunately after setting it up and ignition it only worked for 3 mins before it stopped. There is obviously a fault in the machine as another user has had the same problem. I'm now going through the process of a refund ( now we all know how simple that's going to be..erh not ) as I don't trust a replacement. Disappointed as it looks the part and correct size for my need but just does not work .

Really good heater use it for in the garage throws out really good heat. Only real negative is that it’s a shame it’s not packaged better. The box was broken looked like it had gone a few rounds in the delivery van when I got it out the box the lid for the gas bottle was bent and so was the side of the heater. Still works tho and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of returning it.
