What is the difference between Trans-Resveratrol and Resveratrol?

Trans-Resveratrol is the active ingredients in Resveratrol - an important distinction to know when seeking supplements with the greatest efficacy.

I chose this product because of the company ethics. I like their ethos 'live healthy, love life'. It's the third product I've tried from their range.

The tablets themselves aren't too large, are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste.

I looked for a product that contains high quality ingredients with no unnecessary, unhealthy or 'nasty' added so I can be sure I'm putting good stuff inside when I take them. These are non GMO, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free. Vegetarian and Vegan Friendly, so tick all the right boxes for me.

I like the fact that the products are third party tested so you can trust they do what the label says.

After four weeks, it's early days, but I do think they're making a difference.

I've had a good customer service experience, good communication and quick delivery.

Out of all of the supplements I have taken I feel that this Trans-Resveratrol supplement has had the most beneficial effect on my ability to maintain energy throughout the day. I am a fan of Love Life Supplements and having come across the work of David Sinclair, albeit not in any serious depth, the idea of trying out a Resveratrol Supplement was something that excited me.

I have been taking them pretty much daily for the last 5 weeks or so and initially the effect was noticeable. I felt a lighter more refreshed feeling to my mentality and noticed I could maintain energy for longer periods of time. Slowly this feeling has reduced in magnitude but I still feel that the supplement is having a positive impact.

The Capsules are quite expensive at £29.95 but as this works out at around 50 pence a day, it is worth it in my opinion. You can always take them over a longer time frame to stretch them out. The taste is fine.

I have come across some controversy involving a person called Dr. Brad Stansfield and his views on Resveratrol. Although I feel his criticism is not as well-founded as he thinks, it made me reflect on the fact that I am not an expert on Resveratrol and the different types and sources it can be attained from, as well as any differing impacts that varying types may have. I am just a casual man with an interest in heatlh-products, so take that for what it's worth.

I have been taking other supplements made by this company that I believe really work for me, I like the 'clean' formulas and the ethos of the company, so when I saw the Trans-Resveratrol, I decided to give it a go. Since having Covid, I have suffered with memory issues and brain fog as well as fatigue and I've also had some concerns with heart health, so I am hoping this supplement will assist with these things long term. I've only been taking it a couple of weeks so can't comment on longer term benefits, but already feel some positive effects on my 'brain fog' and memory, things are just a little clearer to me now, which is great, I'll take any improvement! I'm glad I decided to try this product, it's easy to take and hopefully will assist me with my health issues.

I've been looking for a good quality trans-resveratrol in the UK for a while now due to it's huge importance as an anti-oxidant and the anti-ageing properties it provides.

The LLS TR does not disappoint, you never want a brownish colour trans-resveratrol as this means the compound has deteriorated and the LLS one is a light colour which is good. I am also noticing the effects already, feeling fresher and stronger. I will continue to take this supplement

I Have only a few things I supplement with anymore and trans resveratrol is one of them, I've used love life products for years because of their quality products and standards two things hard to be sure of in the supplement market. Since resveratrol is hard to obtain purely via foods I decided to go with this one because trans resveratrol is the active form of the compound most useful to the body. I personally use this in the summer as it is a powerful antioxidant to help with the oxidative stress from being more active and sun exposure to help support my body. I don't notice any immediate effects from this like energy levels etc. but felt very resilient when stressing my body and consider this something I will benefit from long term.
