This is one of the very few mug warmers that I've found actually works. I'm sick of drinking luke warm coffee and having to reheat in the microwave. This warmer does keep my drinks hot, a game changer for me working at home. If I could suggest some improvements for the next version then I say it'd be even better if it had a timer function rather than an auto shut-off and if it came in a variety of colours like some of the other warmers then that would be ideal! Would definitely recommend.

This one is mains-operated, and on the hottest of its three settings it will bring a cold cup of coffee back to almost-boiling point in about 30 minutes - but will keep a hot cup at or beyond full drinking temperature all day. You can confidently go out at 11am after drinking half a cup, come back at 2pm and it is still at least as warm.
There is an automatic shut-off after about four hours, I believe, and as several others have pointed out, there is a small issue with the very sensitive switch - easy to knock it on if you are right-handed and also using a mouse nearby - but that is nit-picking. This is a great piece of kit.

The light is a bit difficult to see sometimes (there are three settings and three different colours to represent them), and, as the button is touch sensitive you must be careful for it not to touch anything else as to not go on a higher setting or turn off.

Apart from the above, great product that I don’t regret buying! Keeps your beverages hot for a long time (be careful though as the bottom if the mug gets very hot), so I don’t need to keep going and microwaving the mug constantly.

I have bought several cup warmers and always been disappointed in the lack of heat. Then I discovered these glass top heaters with three heat settings and the top setting can even heat drinks which have gone cold. For all the reviewers that say it is too hot - just use the next setting down! The 4 hour auto shut off is useful but what I really like about this particular one is that it has a 4th setting to actually turn it OFF (others just cycle through the heat settings with each touch, so you have to turn them off at the plug or wait for auto shut off). This is now my favourite cup warmer and I use it every day.

Seems like an OK device, and on the medium temperature setting the drink temperature maintained is very good. Hot setting would slowly warm up a drink that was initially a bit too cold.
The touch sensor to change the mode is very sensitive, and the heat mode would sometimes change of its own accord.
Now 15 months on, and it will only work on the lowest heat setting. Selecting either the medium or high causes the device to switch off after a couple of minutes

I enjoy sipping coffee/tea while working or reading and a cup warmer is a must for me. My previous cup warmer got broken, and this item doesn't only meet but exceeds my expectations. 3 modes with different temperatures are very convenient, the red one keeps your drink not just warm but that exactly right comfortable hot however long you please. The hot surface also is suitable for a wide variety of cups as it's quite large. I usually drink tea from large cups that look more like a little porcelain bucket, and I can continue doing that with this device. Add a modern and minimalistic design and you get a very nice and handy accessory to your desk. I'm going to buy one more as I work hybrid and want to have the same item both at home and at the office. I liked this item that much :)
Just be careful as the device surface becomes expectedly quite hot (and there is a warning about it there) and the same happens to your cup's bottom.
