I have an old Logitech C270 (720p) webcam. A bit grainy so I thought I'd upgrade to this.
Well, what a massive disappointment. The image looks more like something running 10p not 2K.
Yes, it looks great and if I'd planned not to use it, it would have looked great on a shelf, but silly me, I actually did want to use it as a webcam (How mad am I?).
Just buy something else. It's just not worth £5 let alone £36.

The picture quality is actually lower than the built-in webcam on my laptop, which is disappointing. Additionally, it creates terrible artifacts around my head when I move if I use background blurring on Teams, which doesn't happen using the laptop's onboard camera - I'm not sure if this is the fault of the webcam or a compatiblity issue with Teams' camera settings.

After a few frustrating months, I've put this away in a cupboard as it was too late to return it. I've gone back to my onboard webcam as it's far superior.

Not up to the usual quality of other UGreen items I own.

Sound pickup is excellent with good, clear voices from over 10ft away

Picture quality is also great- however, did notice some teams issues with blurred background where the camera loses focus periodically, but it does correct within seconds

Overall, I'm extremely impressed for the price. This is right on par with other cameras I own, some close to 100- so if you're in the market, this is an excellent option!
