CONTAINS EXTRACTS OF AGNUS CASTUS: Agnus Castus is a flowering plant which is native to the Mediterranean. It is the extract of the fruit which is used to make A.Vogel Premenstrual Relief Agnus Castus Oral Drops.
ACTIVE INGREDIENT: 1 ml (33 drops) contains 895 mg of tincture from Agnus castus fruits (Vitex agnus-castus L.)
HOW TO TAKE: Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms to take 15-20 drops in a little water twice daily. For best results you may need to take this product for up to 3 months. Do not take more than 40 drops a day. Always read the leaflet.

This item is excellent for PMT, heavy periods, cramps, hormone balance. My friend and I who have similar issues use this product and it has been a great help. The taste is not great as with most herbal tinctures. Do your research, it will help you have confidence in the product and what results to expect. Tincture being better than tablet form, in this case. Vogels is a high quality product and have used the range with great success for years. Research is key, can’t recommend that enough. X

Whilst this tastes like drinking flowery perfume, it has done an incredible job of regulating my anxiety, my pmt and most importantly got my cycles back to 28 days. My cycles were frustratingly getting longer and longer and this doesn't help when you're trying to conceive.
I'm taking it twice a day before I ovulate and once a day after I ovulate. It is incredible how it worked as soon as I took it, especially as I took it mid way through a cycle at first. Highly recommend. Try taking the dose in a shot of juice or squash to minimise how strong the flavour is.

I’ve been taking this 20drops twice a day for almost 2 months now. One bottle lasts a month. I’m beginning to notice an improvement on emotional and mental PMS symptoms , less mood swings and less depression, less fatigue. This stuff is life changing - but it has some flaws. Whilst it gets rid of 97% of my pmt symptoms (most importantly my extreme moodiness) it kind of feels like its masking the symptoms as I can sort of feel them underneath if that makes sense like they're waiting to get through. if i even miss one dose, I can feel a bit grouchy & if I miss a couple in a row at any time of the month, it's like i get the full force of all moods at once & I walk round feeling like a bubbling cauldron. I'm not sure if this is some kind of withdrawal effect or just that it does work by masking the problems caused by hormones that are still bubbling away underneath - it's very unpleasant though & disconcerting, especially if it happens at a point in the month when I'd normally have no issues such as a week after my period. I've been consistently taking it with magnesium more recently & this definitely reduces the problem to 99% of symptoms erased & less sense of them waiting to break through. It's is quite pricey having both but I think it is worth it for the difference it makes - however, this is a review for agnus castus alone so I've put that at 3 stars. I would probably give the 2 together 5 stars for the difference they make to my life
