It keeps a nice clean semi gloss look during use, but will start to look tired towards the end of the week if you are doing over 100 miles.

The first picture I have put is the tyre with 2 coats applied and how I like my tyres to look. The second one is after a 35 mile drive, overcast conditions with no rain / no standing water on roads.

It's a great product, easy to apply, and a second layer for that extra gloss. But the durability is poor. If your car is your daily and you want more than a clean semi gloss, you will burn through this very quickly in reapplications.

I have given it 4 stars as its marketed as a instant shine and not an endurance product, but RRP it's competing with other products which offer similar results with greater durability.

This stuff is truly liquid magic….I use it on tyres, (which it makes look brand new and not too oil-slick shiny like some) and on the massive amount of black plastic trim my car is wrapped in.
It really makes the various trim plastics look showroom new and dries very evenly.
Unlike for some where you have to apply, leave to dry and then buff out the white streaks, with this you can spray on, rub in with a microfibre cloth while it’s still wet, and that’s it.

Because it’s clear it doesn’t leave black marks all over any adjoining paint work… and any excess you do get on the paintwork buffs off easily.

A little goes a very very long way too. And as it’s not an aerosol you can control how much you use. So, the bottle lasts for yonks!

I even use it in my vintage dining furniture which is lacquered black. A tiny amount buffs up easily to an even sheen and eradicates uneven patches left by previous layers of ‘proper’ furniture polish!

To sum up:
Works on tyres, all colours of plastics and rubbers on the car and around the home and even on furniture!

Can’t praise Autogylm highly enough.
