Comfortably holds 4 AAs, I bought two of these for my rechargeable camera batteries. They take up minimum space and have little cups to hold the batteries to prevent rattling, the boxes clip shut securely (takes a bit of encouragement though) and having already dropped them onto a hard wood floor, I can tell you they're pretty robust.
They don't feel like cheap quality ones, more like £5.99 ones I was looking at in a high street camera shop (which only help 3 batteries). These also clip together vertically which means there's less chance of me losing them, came in decent packaging and arrived promptly.
I really can't fault this product, don't bother splashing out on insanely expensive ones, these do just as well.
